PD MTA White
I have been using MTA since 1998 with great results, especially in case of perforations and large foramen. The only problem encountered was tooth discoloration. The new PD MTA White formula without bismuth oxyde is a great step forward and a huge advantage in aesthetic cases and in case of pulp capping.
Tea tree essential oil gives EssenSeal a creamy consistency which hinders the overfilling over the apex, but still allows three-dimensional filling and is comfortable to use. In case of revision, EssenSeal is very easy to remove from a canal. From my experience, I can only recommend this sealer to you as well.
MAP System is simply amazing. It allows clinicians to pre-bend the NiTi carrier and place MTA without any problems since the plugger inside the tube is plastic and smoothly follows the curvature. I find MAP system remarkable, not only for the intra-canal use, but also for pulp capping procedures that demand precision and confidence. It’s simply genius!
I have tested Irriflex and I am very impressed about it. The irrigation flow is efficient and easily reaches the working length, as opposed to regular 30 og 31G metal needles. I like the fact that the tip has the working length measurements. This helps a lot and always keeps Irriflex in the safe zone.
I have been using MAP System for many years for MTA placement. Its clinical versatility is incomparable, especially due to the NiTi bendable tips that allow the best ergonomy in delivering the material in the most challenging scenarios.
Irriflex is a new standard in root canal irrigation. The sensation of secure and smooth tip insertion, flow control and the increased visibility are the benefits I observe in my daily practice. After having used Irriflex for the first time, I realized this needle is a true milestone in enodontics, comparable to the transition from stainless steel to nitinol in root canal shaping.
